I replaced the standard guys... resistors are R8 and R9 (39k Ohm 1
Watt) and diodes D6 and D8 (1N5228).
I thought the problem was fixed, but it has come back.
So... before I start rebuilding the entire power supply, any thoughts
on where I should go next? I'm thinking that the fact that both the
+100V and -100V lines are down at +50/-50V must be telling a smart
person something :)
Thanks in advance.

Did you happen to pull the board out to check for dry solder joints?
Seems like the pins on the board may have some dry solder joints.
John
I had it out to replace the resistors and diodes... But was pretty
confident that would be the fix so I did not look close at other
parts... I agree it is worth a check or simply to reflow them. Thanks
for the thought.

Reflowed most of the connectors... nothing looked terrible, but a
couple looked potentially suspicious. It's working well again, but
I'll need to watch it as it took a little while to fail again after my
previous attempt.
