seeking repair person for EM shuffle alley & jukebox (Northern VA)

A friend of mine is looking for a repair person to come to his house
(Springfield, VA) to fix his:

EM shuffle alley ("pins not lifting accurately, esp for strikes")
and
Jukebox ("arm sweeps but does not properly pick up the 45's/records").
Anyone do or have a name/# of someone who does these types of in-home
repairs? Springfield, VA area.
Recommendations appreciated.
