TMS27PC512-2NL is a 27512 EPROM probably used in many pinball machines from the 90s on.

The other one is a static ram 1meg. Not sure if that one is used in pinball.

The first is a 64k PROM (one time use.)

The second is a 1M SRAM.

One time use (or OTP -One Time Programable). In other words, if they
are still "blank" (All FF's) they can be programmed one time. If they
are already programmed, and you don't know what for, you can just toss
them.

I don't recall that RAM size (128) being used in pinball. But were in
many Video Games. That is a pretty fast speed (7 = 70ns).

Yes, if these 27512s do not have tape over a clear window then they are
not-erasable and are useless (except for someone who needs that
particular code).

I have about 30-40 27C512s that have the glass window, The one's
listed above do not have that,

Now if I can figure out what these SRAMs were used for I'd be OK .

Thanks Guys !

Archive the code somewhere just in case..... you never know what's on
there and some enterprising hacker might want to fool around with it to
see what it is in the future.
