Why isn't Playfield Renovations on the Mr. Pinball Theives and Liars page?

They have ripped off so many people this should be a no brainer. Or is
that page not relevant anymore? I noticed alot of the same people from
10 years ago so maybe it's not .

Yes I did submit them several years ago and didn't get a response.
Anybody else?

5 years and 4 months since I sent my playfield in.

I would be happy if I got my $300 deposit back. I dont care about my
playfield anymore.

I've gotten 2 playfields back from PFR in recent months. They were in
the multiple year stage, I think 4-5 years on each playfield.

I agree, it's angering. When I dropped the work off, I told them to take
their time. As long as I had been updated, I would've been OK on my
playfields in both cases - but getting updates proved to be VERY
challenging - like pulling teeth.

I was under the impression my playfields were some of the last ones PFR
took in.

If anyone has outstanding work with PFR, feel free to drop me a line and
I'll ask Chris to get in touch. Can't make any guarantees, but I'll try
to reach out for you!

I think your right. Shame because it was a good to have an advocate
site like that but I'm sure it's time consuming.

had. After that never heard from him again. he ignored all my e-mail

That's pretty messed up.

Hell, sue them in small claims court. That might be the only thing that
gets them motivated.

I was lucky. I sent them a playfield in December '06 and had it
returned in August '07.

If it's a defunct corporation with no assets, what are you going to
get? In most circumstances, there is no personal liability when suing
a corporation.

If you want to try to go after them for fraud, tick tock tick
tock...that's the sound of the statute of limitations running (if it
already hasn't run).

contacted me and about 3 months later my totan playfield was done and

Nah, he may have an inch on me but that's about it. And anyone who knows me understands I wouldn't say anything here that I wouldn't say to anyone's face. Do you think it's a great idea to create a positive post about playfield rennovations after the horrific, borderline criminal, way they've treated their customers? If so we'll just agree to disagree.

if they don't have the time to finish everyone stuff, they should ask
for help. I'd be willing to help them out, and unload some of their
workload, just to get caught up. I'm fairly swamped as is, but if they
need help, i'd be willing to lend a hand. Nobody should have to wait a
year, more or less 5 years to get their game back together.

Statute of limitations on this type of matter is two years, no more than
three.

Based on the posts, everybody seems to be past that.

PR seems to know the law as well.

The rules for the Mr. Pinball Blacklist are that to be listed you need to
have legal action pending or settled against you. On the greylist, it's
less difficult.

Sounds like we need to put up some warnings about PFR. I was under the
impression that they were still legit, but just *really* slow or seriously
behind. I haven't heard any complaints about them for quite a long time.

If someone can email me their contact information and any other pertinent
information then I'll post some warnings.
