WANTED: Bally EIGHT BALL Manual pages 9 and 12

Anybody can scan and send me the image of the page 12 of the EIGHT
BALL manual.
I think it is about the recommended settings for this game.
Pages 9 and 12 are absent in the pdf file located at the Internet
Pinball Database.
I scanned a copy of the page 9 from the 1979 Bally Parts Catalog and
I'll try to include it as a picture in the IPD.

I did notice also that the manual on IPDB has duplicate pages of page 8. So that would explain the missing page 9. Also pages 18, 27, and 28 are way out of sequence with the rest of the manual.
