FS Bally CFTBL 1800.00 cash and carry

Franklin, VA. I just got this game and dont know much about it other
than what I can see. Routed game obviously. Cabinet, coin door,
translite, display, and display cover are all nice. The playfield is
very dirty but looks like it will actually clean up pretty nice. Only
things I see missing are the ball deflector scoop at the snack bar,
and one ball guide for the left side of the field. Someone put a
rubber there to replace it. Some may not even know a guide goes there
but it does. Those are the only pieces I see missing. Not collectors
by any stretch but should clean up to be a nice players game. As far
as the working of the game, it had no cpu when I got it. I have put
one in but I dont have the correct rom for it. I put in a HS2 rom
just to fire it up and the game fires up and goes into attract mode.
Display comes on. Obviouosly I cant play it to test it. The hologram
looks good to me.

They work...as long as you cut and past from the http through to
the .jpg...my firefox doesn't like the link but I cut and paste and
they look fine.

I have Firefox also, maybe thats the problem. Again, I know the
display is showing something about Ace drivers. This is because I put
a HS2 rom in the cpu to show the game does fire up and the display
works.

Great game at an awesome price. CFTBL is a top 5 pin for me and I've
owned just about every "A" title made. But that's just my opinion
isn't it

Damn... If I had a way to get this to WI without it costing me an arm
and a leg, I would be all over this... Been looking at adding a creech
to the lineup...

Honestly speaking, I thought this would be gone within a few minutes
of posting. I will keep it and shop it myself before I could take any
less. Guess it really shows the status of the economy. Well
Christmas bills havent been passed out yet either I guess.

I think it is an excellent price for the record and am surprised it is
still available.... Sometimes it truly is location....Good luck on
your sale (still wishing there were some way to get this to WI

I still believe the state of the economy is continuing to show its
ugly head. For instance I would have to have this shipped. Add
another 3-$400+. Most of us that are the die hards of this hobby have
our holy grails by now. The rest is left to be fought over by newbies
and those who have to settle on lesser quality of what is left. I had
an add for a HHeat, not a highly sought after game no doubt, and it
was amazing how many low ball offers I got until someone paid me close
to what I was asking. Lots of games sit on CL right now not moving for
one reason or another.

No matter what the govt tries to spin the economy is still in the
crapper. The stock market is only reflecting what speculation is
putting out there. The facts are the unemployment rate is at record
highs and still increasing. The figures are tainted by a set of rules
designed to make it seem better than it is.

Those of us that can afford games I would bet have pretty much topped
out on thier home collections. Lots of games are going to ebay parts
category this year I am afraid. Just my thoughts. Someone has a
posting for a display damaged FF. Same boards in BBB. That would
seem to be a good investment. If you have a BBB then most likely
financially you are doing OK. I think people are going to have to make
some hard choices in this hobby this year.
