You're best bet when using a chip that is 2 or 4 (or more) times the
size of the image you want to burn is to repeat the image to fill the
chip.
If a board expects a chip of a certain size, it may not provide valid
signals for the higher order address lines. By repeating the image,
the same data will be found in the chip regardless of the signal
levels detected on the higher lines.

If you have the MCUMall programmer, use the "combine buffer" function
enough times to create a full chip. In both of your cases, that is 8
copies.

They are the correct size for the chips, no need to copy any images,
combine, etc.
