It will be listed on Mr Pinball soon and is currently listed on Ebay.
If anyone is interested please contact me.
As most of you have probably all ready read the other post about the
machine,
All I can say about the negative post is to make your own decision.
99% of all those post are from people I have never dealt with nor even
talked too.
I have sold over 800 machines and thousands of parts in 12 years some
as far away as France, Germany and Austraila. My Ebay feedback is 100%
positive and I intent to keep it that way.
So, as the saying goes "you can't please everyone all the time", no
matter how hard you try. Mistakes get made and expectations are
sometimes higher than should be. Contrary to statements that are made,
my sales are treated the same no matter where you live. If there is a
problem than I ask that you give me a chance to correct it with you,
before you come to this site and make it a public issue.

Regards
George Riley

George, I didn't think it was about "you can't please everyone all
the time" but more about you switching some part around like a
playfield on a game ? Please explain in a couple of sentences so we
all understand. Wasn't that the accusation ? Not that you didn't
please the buyer....

DOG PILE!!!!

Didn't he also get banned from a pin show for behavior unbecoming?

My only experience with him is on RGP where he energetically and at great
length cultivated an aura of prickishness. Had him filtered for a long time

$9K? That seems a little steep. It's all because of Tuckey!!

Come on people. $21,000.00 for a Going Nuts and Spirit. What a package
deal! To put this into perspective, you could purchase 5 NIB Sterns
and one other vintage pin in great condition for that amount. Pretty
high asking prices in my (all of our) opinion. Interesting how this
hobby has its people who think way outside the lines.

George,

You are right, we have never done business, and we never will. You
'painted yourself in the corner' over the Punk machine and finally had
to admit that you swapped out the playfield before the pin was
shipped. That's a FACT that you can't dispute. You offered to
provide a partial refund for the unfortunate 'mistake'. That too is
an indisputable FACT. You also failed to provide the $300 refund
which is also a FACT.

My problem with you is that you screwed over my friend and could have
cleared up this whole mess with a simple $300 refund. If my integrity
was on the line over $300, I would have sent the money. You on
theother hand, made a shallow promise to pay and hoped the issue would
go away. It hasn't (and won't) and you are getting what you deserve,
to be called out as a poor example of a human being.

Of course you know all of this, you are just trying to play dumb,
something you apparently have a lot of practice at.

What a piece of work George Riley is, he continually proves he's
snake oil (investor) in sheep's clothing (collector). I've always said
that it's all about the money with ol' George. He's proved it with
almost every FS/FA post he's done since he first showed up on RGP. The
only collectors he treats somewhat fairly are the one's close enough
to get to him if something goes wrong. Any long distance buyer should
beware since he doesn't really care once he has your money (post about
the Punk above is the latest proof on record). It's interesting to
note that as the economy gets worse, he seems to get crazier with his
prices.
LOL, keep your games for now George, the fire sale will be much
more fun to watch later. Don't bother sending me one of your emails
you're known for, I'm posting from a dead account.

Hate to say it, but the whole Punk fiasco put Mr. Riley on my 'do not

The other displays aren't "changing", but the BIP display looks wonky also.

Sorry George,

You also claimed that the buyer must have switched the PF after the
purchase, and said time and time again that you DID NOT switch the pf
on the game.

You also said you NEVER save pictures. If this is so then how were
you able to send the wrong pictures of the Punk'd?

I will NEVER do business with you, and will warn everyone I know to
not do business with you. After seeing the Punk'd in person, and
sitting in on an impromptu trouble-shooting on it at PAGG, I will say
your reputation that you have earned for yourself is your own damn

LOL! When was the last time you saw one sell for anywhere near

I'd say it is in average condition at best. If you really want to get

This one is on, Del, it's just hard to tell because the displays are so dim
and you can barely see any insert lights. The game needs to be shot in the
dark without a flash in lamp test. I don't think any pic shows the chase
lights working and who knows about the disk behind the glass.

Guys in no way I'm defending Mr. Riley and his price for the machine
but I keep hearing stories that this only a 1k pin.... Really??? I've
been looking for 10+ years and I haven't seen anything close like
that, project or not....That 1250 number keeps being tossed around as
well...Isn't that slightly skewed with all the stories of the machines
being destroyed and exported overseas to who knows what fate? Maybe
the Gottlieb collectors out there can shed some input?

George is so proud of his 100% positive eBay feedback. I'm sure that
is about to end. Heck, I might buy his $5.00 "untested" Williams IC
chips that he is currently selling and just leave negative feedback so
he can't claim that he has 100% positive feedback anymore.

cheap spirits are out there - i sold 2 to somebody for i belive $400 2
or 3 years ago. he sold one of them for 1k and still has the other -
somebody would have to check my posts from years ago what i sold them
for, but it was either $400 or $600 for the pair. it was basically
what i got them for. they are hard to find just like rocky - but hey i
have had 3 rockys in 3 years now.

as for mr riley i used to sell him all my gott pinballs when i was
done with them until he insulted me once on a transaction for 3 games
- he thought i was flipping them and making $500 in 1 day, he was
wrong and he was man enough to apoligize, but i have not sold him a
game since as it was an insult to my integrity.

i actually only picked the games up for him as they were a great deal
from somebody in maine - then i paid a friend to pick them up and
bring them to me (well i met him on the highway 1 hour away), and i
did add $100 or $200 for my trouble, but it was 3 good gott for 1K. i
forget the names now, but they were all 600-800 games. one was surfin
sufari, another was the race game that only had side art on one side
(victory i think), and i think the 3rd one was bone busters if i
remember correctly.

who knows the exact details, i know i sold them for a lot more to a
local person after riley insulted me. anyway he did say he was sorry.
so you have to give him credit for that. and since then all the gotts
i sell go to somebody else. he got great deals from me.
thanks ed

I'm confused. Mr. Pinball had an add for 19 gottliebs, all the sys 80a
except Krull for $35000 and the Spirit was part of this package.
Then the Spirit is listed separately at $9000 (which I figured was a
mistake until I see this post and the ebay listing). So, George, do
you
have two Spirits for sale or are you double selling the same machine?

Funny that it didn't sell. Maybe a more realistic price might help.

Hello Dan

Just to answer your question.
I have 3 complete machines, one is NOS, still in the box.
I took it out to remove the backglass and battery then but it back.

Thanks
for asking

Now that might be worth something. Sadly, I have a hard time believing
such a creature exists.

I sold him that Goin' Nuts 3 years ago for $4500.00
