Hey Michele. So will things work the same way with shipping pinballs
through your new company? Are prices the same? Do they do the blanket
wrap and so on? Would I have the same driver? Nicole has left also and
that is who I have always dealt with without a problem and now they
are making a lot of mistakes.
Thank you, David
Thanks for the up-date Michelle !,
We were asking for you 2 weeks ago when I had a game shipped & I did
Not like Tracie hanging the phone hung up on us while trying to line
the shipping up, I didn't mind paying in advance to get that done, But
spraining my back while getting my game off the truck was the last
straw, I'll save this contact & Hope for better service on the next
one .
Thanks for everything !
Pin-Del,
cargpb28
That is extactly why I left I didn't like what happened with 'Nicole
and I didn't like the direction they were taking with Coin op.
Everything will be exactly the same, I am still a representative for
STI/ NAVL it's just I have a different number and work for a different
agent. The prices are the same, if not better because
I will go back to the old days, we can do the cod's again and our
staff is very familiar with the coin op community.
I am sorry, there is no reason for that. There is no reason that you
they made you pay in advance, it is ridiculous.
Thanks for the update, and best wishes on your new gig!
You were the main reason I was using Beltmann/NAVL for so many years
(well, that plus the previous shipper I used was extremely unreliable
and often tardy), and I was always satisfied with the service and
delivery promptness.
Do you think the prices offered by Precision are going to be much
different?
Will definitely give your new affiliation a try soon.
Best,
Larry Z.
Perfect timing! I was about to call NAVL today to schedule a shipment.
I will call/email you tomorrow!
Robert

Hi
The prices will be based off the same coin op tariff, but I can always
seem to finagle a better deal.
It's ok, I'll be here for next time :)
look forward to it
No I don't think so
That's odd, which paragraph are we to believe?

Sorry friend, Michelle posted that. And I've only been around RGP for
about 15 years. It seems your anger is misplaced.

Gee, it's really hard to say but my money is betting that Michelle
knows where she works.
my bad.
no anger.
what name have you been posting under before today?
No worries. I've always been johninc in one form or another.

FAIL.
Just a suggestion, but at the new job you need to
1) answer the phone
2) if you can't answer, have voice mail
3) call back once you get a message.
i have given your name out to two people for game
moves with the same response: no response.
In addition, you need to put your email address here
so people using Goggle can read it. that is at the
end of your post, put something like this:
cfh at provide dot net
Yeah, no kidding! Numerous people who answered her phone didn't even *know*
who she was. Horrible customer service!!!

I called Precision, asked for Michelle and they acted like they didn't
know her, put me on hold, then hung up on me. I emailed Michelle and
she said she was busy on a conference call and I never heard back from
her.
I've used Heather at Beltman twice in the last 4 weeks and she has
been awesome.
that is weird because I have an 800 number and local number with voice
mail and the opportunity to zero out to another person, believe me
every call is important. Again here's the info
630-352-3312
877-432-2646
mbia...@precision-nal.com, I would be interested to know what number
they called too.
Google munges your email, even in the body text.
again you need to post it like:
cfh AT provide DOT net
mlbianchi AT precision-nal DOT com
Google also provides a way for you to_see_the full email address. Did
you notice the underscore is actually a link you can click on? :) This
takes you to a capcha-like screen which once done shows the full
address.

Wow....where you been hiding, Mike? Haven't seen a post from you in a
while!
-Mike
I just was advised by Mike that he was calling the old 630-691-9465
which is the Beltmann number. I just want to make sure everyone is
calling the new number 877-432-2646, or 630-352-3312
