Hard Coders Needed

I am in the need of a head coder for my mud, "Crystal Unicorn". We are
a Rom 2.4 beta version with lots of additions, and many more ideas to
implement. I would like someone that has coded on either Roms, Mercs,
Envys, or Circles. This person would need to be a full time coder to
the Mud, not coding somewhere else as well, not so much that I think you
would add the code from my mud elsewhere, but because of the time factor.
This person would also need to be free to meet with me and the other
implementor once a week to discuss things we wish to add and what you
feel is feasible in our ideas. We are still testing right now as we add
all the features to the mud. If we can get a coder or two we hope to be
open within a month to six weeks. We have color in, several clans, 18
races and 10 classes, many spells, donate command, and have just added
class cities. You recall to the city of your class. We also added
Vassago's quest code, which is really well-liked by those that have
tested it. If you have the experience and you are free to put some hours

I will say one last thing, I value communication highly. I don't demand
things done, but I do give out a particular task I might want my coder to
work on, and I expect them to work on it and complete it in a timely
fashion, or if they can't complete it, let me know what has been done and
when they can work on it again. I expect if you won't be around for a week
or something to be informed of this, if possible, and not be missing you for
a week wondering where you have been. I don't think these are too hard to
do. I can't stand coders that go off and you have no idea what they're
doing, and they never let you know, then they just log off and you have no
idea what they have done.

We have a 80 level mud, and the position would be level 77 to start and
move up to 79 as you code more. I'm open to having more than one coder
