Merc 2.0 Beta released for anon ftp

We have released Merc 2.0 Beta to the following anonymous ftp sites:

ferkel.ucsb.edu
ftp.math.okstate.edu
ucbvax.berkeley.edu

This release includes all of the documentation, worlds, and code,
except that certain code has been removed and modified to improve
testability. This is a Beta release, meant for testing, not
production use.
