Where do we get the address for Arctic?

Now once Arctic will be up again(hopefully in this century)
where can the adress be found and why wasn't I notified about the
fact that you need to subscribe or be listed somewhere to get the address?
I mean I only played Arctic for nearly a whole year!
BTW Arctic Is the best MUD around I think I've tried at least 20 different MUD's
such as Sojourn,MUME and Jedi and I still haven't seen the same magic system
with spellbooks and such things on any of the other muds.
So please Arctic come up soon!
