tbaMUD offline graphical area editors ?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone out there happens to know of any
graphical offline area editors for tbaMUD ? I only managed to find
some really old ones intended for the original CircleMUD, but these
were unable to load any tbaMUD areas.
