[OT] Warstore question

Sorry to bother you with this but Neal from Warstore.com is on
vacation for a week.
Does anyone know if he'll order individual models or sprues for you?
Say I'm ordering a Chaos Marine box but I also want the witch elves
from the Cauldron of Blood box or a few tactical marine accessory
sprues without getting the whole boxes. I'd be getting a few other
box sets as well, so it wouldn't be a piddling waste of time for Neal
to do this.

Rock! I just gotta get a few extra arms and that Marine accessory sprue
with the missile launcher.
