Battle Games In Middle Earth Magazines

the models that came with each issue which were £3.99 an issue..I've
even got the special issues that were released at £5.99.That's almost
100 issues! I've also got paints, paintbrushes, home made scenery and
materials for making more (such as sand, gravel, polystyrene, etc and
also some White Dwarf magazines.I also bought some extra models that
didn't come with the magazines like a rock troll and an uruk-hai war
machine.All are in perfect condition and many models were never even
opened from the bags they came in.I also have a 4x4 game board.Also
the dice and tape measure.Pretty much everything you need to play the
game.
I've never been able to find anyone to play against since my friend,
who also started buying the issues at the same time I did, lost
interest and stopped buying the magazines and figures.
I also couldn't find the time needed to make the scenery and paint
the figures.so I've decided that I might as well sell all of it as
it's just all sitting here never being used.
Would anyone who's interested like to make me an offer for it all? I
live in the Brighton area so anyone would be welcome to come and see
just how excellent the condition of everything is.

My name is michael and i am interseted in your offer. My only problem
i have is postage. As i live in Australia this could be a problem. Is
it possible to post to Australia if so how much ( I know it was be
very expensive). I am not over 18 so im not sure what a fair offer is
could you please write back to me with an answer on how much you would
like for your collection. Also would it be possible to just purchase
some of what you are selling or do you want to sell the whole lot as a
group as i have some of the battle games already.

Hi, I've been searching for back issues of these for a while and there
don't appear to be any around, I'm really interested in buying them
from you as I don't have any, however I can't afford a big sum in one
go and also live in North Wales. I was wondering if you wanted to sell
them by installments of say 10 per month for £25 plus whatever you
would need for postage. I can send you a cheque and then you could
post them?

Sorry guys, I only just saw your posting. I didn't get any replies
initially so I didn't think
anybody was interested so I stopped checking the newsgroup. I only saw
your post while
checking another group after doing a search.
I did want to sell them altogether for the simple reason that if
somebody bought some and
then lost interest, I'd be stuck without a complete set which would
make them even harder to sell.
I would also think that the postage would cost a horrendous amount!
When you post things,
the cost is usually calculated by weight and the whole set are very
heavy indeed! I think you
would probably be better off getting into contact with the publishers
DeAgostini. I wish you
the best of luck though as when I've had dealings them, initially
because I had a subscription,
I found them to be totally shambolic! I ended up canceling my
subscription in disgust and
bought the rest of the issues from a newsagent. I had 2 other friends
who also had the same
experience with them and stopped buying the issues in the end!
