Also, if anybody has any good tips on painting flesh then please let me
know (I have never really been faced with having to paint flesh before.)
Thank you very much.

Some of their colours aren't neon persay, but they can be loud...(ie oh crap
I only have Emerald green out and I doubt that's what I was painting my
marine's visors in) You mightn't need neon if you have good contrast like
my marines. They had black or red helmets, so I paint their visoirs in light
green, it's not neon, but it certainly stands out. A yellow or white base
coat will louden things up too. But if they don't work I recommend those
little bottles of Testors, they have some nice neons, but mine are old and
their consistancy is kinda funky...but the colours are good and loud.

How about just sparing ou the instructions and send you to a good site for
all around painting Phd Faust's!! http://members.aol.com/phdfaust/index.htm
He's got a good painting page, enjoy.
Now Phd. Faust if you're reading this: How do you get inhuman eyes on a
human figure, the red just didn't provide enough contrast, it kinda just
blended in with everything else
