I just got the new Rhino, and I can't say that I'm terribly excited by GW
releases anymore. (at least until the rumored plastic Cadians are out.)
I'm very excited by Kelly Hu on the other hand, but I digress.

What you get for thirty two bucks Canadian:

1 Space Marine accessory sprue (same one from the Land Raider)
2 sprues that make up the Rhino
2 decal sheets (1 multi-chapter, 1 Space Wolf)

I don't know how that Space Wolf one made it into the box. *shrugs*
Speaking of which, the assembly instructions are printed on the sides of
the box. (Is that normal for newer GW releases, because I *hate* that.
Even Bandai's el-cheapo SD Gundam kits come with seperate instructions,
sheesh.)

Molding is okay, but not great. (I've been spoiled by all the mecha I've
been building). Really thick plastic. I can't comment on the fit & finish
because I just cracked the shrinkwrap just a few hours ago. Assembly
shouldn't be a problem, but filling the gaps between the top hull and the
sides will be a real pain.

I wouldn't call this new kit a bargain (this is GW we're talking about :P)
but it's still better that paying the same price for the old Rhino. This
old codger can recall dropping $15CAD for one. Ah, those were the days. GW
did a *good* thing by not jacking up the price for this near-essential
piece of Marine equipment simply because it's a new mold.

Maybe because there aren't any Space Wolf transfers on the space marine
sheet, and the fact the Rhino is for Space Marines, something which space
wolves are?

Doh! now that you mention it, I took another look at the transfers again.
I'm going blind! Blind, I tell you!

Am I the only one out there that actually likes the new Rhino compared to
the old one. I still need one more Rhino for my Berzerker Lord and his
retinue, and am planning on converting the new Rhino for it.

Forge world are going to be doing conversion kits for all the Chaos Marks.
Also Check out the interior compartment on their site with that Skeleton
leaning over to press a button, very nice.

I have also heard that they will be redoing the LR model for the Chaos
Codex, I do hope so cause what they did was a major p*** take on all Chaos
players.

Yeah, I saw the chaos accessories, which I would love to get. Damn I need a

I haven't seen a real one yet, but from the pictures I've seen it looks
pretty good. I'm going to want to pick up a Razorback & Predator when they
come out as well.

If it bothers you, you could volunteer to revise the RGMW Form Flame. Tho I
dunno if you're senior enough for head up such a project. Perhaps we ought to
poll whether you should be added? :P
