Had a quick look at WHFB v6 and I noticed that the traditional GW art
style has been altered to look more like Chronipia. Theres a very nice
picture of a Ork warboss. Its about time GW done something about the art
work.

You suck...
First off, Paolo Parente is the name of the artist in question. He did
the majority of the artwork in the Chronopia rule book. I think he's got
a great style and I would say he's almost as good as the god of fantasy
art himself FF (those of you who don't know who I'm talking about can
bugger off). I said almost... So why would you think that WHFB artwork
is starting to look more like the work in Chronopia?...twit.
Now for your second statement. GW has always IMNSHO had a high standard
of artwork in it's books, John Blanche has one of the most unique styles
and even his most cocane induced scribbles are genius. Everytime I look
at one of JB's big pieces of work I see something new. GW has a policy
of hiring young artists and allowing them to develope their skills over
time. Granted the last edition of FB was kinda silly with those little
Sergio Aragones style cartoons all over the place. I guess it's all a
matter of taste really. I can't fault you for having none...
=P
Dosadi...
Actually, that's Adrian Smith. Parente did some work on the core Chronopia
rulebook, as he was doing WZ art at that time, but did little to no work on any
of the expansions. It's Smith that GW now employs. Last I knew, Parente was
freelancing.
