We have large No of Osprey Books at our disposal,But we always prefer

send us any pictures available to paint your figures.If we have the

do not have to send any guides.
4.What are the colours you use ?
We use matt acrylic colours in our painting operation .Gloss colours
are
available on request.
5.Do you apply matt varnish coat after you paint figures ?
Yes, we apply a matt varnish coat for 15mm,25mm and 54mm collector
quality
figures.(Include in the price)The other quality may require a nominal

6.Can you copy pre-painted figures ?
Yes,exactly to your painted sample.
7.How is finished product packed for shipping ?
We Air mail or use DHL courier service to deliver your
package.Figures are
packed in Bubble or Foam wrap and packed in boxes.
Over-8 Kg shipments are sent Via DHL,because it is cheaper and faster
3-4 days
transit time to USA/Europe.Post takes 10-12 days to USA and 5-7 days
to Europe.

You should also point out that one of the conditions of this particular
service is that the value of your figures are underdeclared when shipping.
This may have an effect if a consignment goes astray or if customs takes an
undue interest in packages from the Far East. One of the attractions of
continuing to use a native, rather than foreign, painting service is that
very cheap, insured delivery is possible (certainly in the UK at least): I've
certainly had reason to be grateful for the tracking services of one of
these. It's a peace of mind thing.
