It's time to start thinking about the next issue of SPAG. This one
should be quite a cool issue, with all of the Competition coverage and
perhaps one or two other surprises. As usual, though, I need your help.
First of all, I am dying to get my hands on all the original reviews of
Competition games I can. If you'd like to write one or more games up,
or to expand on your capsule post-Comp review, please send it my way.
I'd love to at least be able to publish original reviews of the top ten
finishers, but there are of course plenty of underappreciated gems and
noble failures in spots #11 and beyond.
This issue will not be limited to the Comp. Other reviews are welcome
and (indeed) actively solicited. Need suggestions? I'm glad you asked!
No Famous
1893: A World's Fair Mystery
Final Selection
The Retreat
When in Rome, parts 1 and/or 2
Bronze
IntroComp 2006 Games (any, some, or all)
The Reliques of Tolti-Aph
An Escape to Remember
Moments out of Time Adventure Type
Last Resort
Also, if anyone with French would care to write up their impressions of
Ekphrasis (a very interesting looking title most of us in this community
likely cannot play), that would be wonderful.
Deadline for submissions will be January 10, 2007.
As always, thanks for your support!

Did you forget "The Journey of the King" (Peter Nepstad), or did you already
receive a review of it?
Thanks,
---- Mike.

Somebody was extremely quick on the draw. Modesty forbids... <G>
I liked it. Jimmy has been known to run more than one review of a game in
a given issue though, so if you have a particularly strong opinion about
"Journey" one way or the other, I don't doubt that it'd be appreciated if
you felt like passing it along.
Jimmy, you may want to include a comment that Peter has fixed with version
1.1 the bug I ran into which rendered the game unplayable if the "rooms"
were visited in the incorrect order.
