I was asked whether or not entering a prologue of a game into this contest
would nullify the ability to enter the full game in the annual comp in the
fall (on the "previously released clause"). Having appealed to one of the
high poobahs of compdom, it has been clarified that placing an entry in
PrologueComp *does not* prevent entry in the regular comp later this year.
