Just wanted to let you know that version 1.2 of Scavenger (probably the
last update) is now available. This fixes a few minor bugs and corrects
the problems with display in Brief mode. The updated game can be
downloaded from the IF archive as either a TADS2 game file or a Windows
exectuable.

I've also gone ahead and made the source code to Scavenger available, for
anyone who's interested. The source can be found at the following URL:

Quintin:

"As an outspoken supporter of lawful gun ownership, I've participated
in many discussions about the validity of gun control and its role in
preventing injuries and deaths in America."

There's no place for privately owned fire arms in a civilized society.
But try explaining that to a gun toting maniac...

The victims of the Columbine High School shooting are turning in their
graves. Shame on you.

You're a sad little man, Jacek. You really have nothing better to do?

You got my vote Quint. An armed society is a polite society.

I appreciate the thought. But this is not the forum for any such
discussions and I certainly don't want it to become one. "Mike Pearce" is
a notorious troll who just wants to provoke a particular reaction and I
think it's best if he doesn't get it.

People should learn to take responsibility for their political views,
especially if those views cost other people their lives. Thoughtless
agitation has consequences, in this case painful ones, and neither
inventing trolls nor hiding behind netiquette will ever change that.

Sure there is. Shooting cross-posting trolls.

There's no such thing as a free lunch, but certain accounting practices can
result in a fully-depreciated one.
