glGo on 64-bit

A friend of mine is having trouble running glGo1.4.1 on 64-bit Ubuntu. I don't know what's going on, he mumbled something about "emulated in the architecture", anyone have any suggestions for him for making glGo a little more stable on 64-bit? Thanks, Michael
