Please set up an account on IGS , 3d rank or whatever you feel like,
and let's play a handi 5 game, you can post the game here after no
matter what the result would be.
good luck,
P.S: a brief review is also possible.
Cornel Burzo.
Lol, I would love to see this after all of the posts I have read.
The braggart might lose, and he dare not accept the 5 stone
handicap Cornel is offering him. :-)

Same here.
Actually it's a win-win situation for Richman.
* If he wins, he can brag about it.
* If he loses, he can flame IGS manipulated the game to make him lose.
Both cases would provide us with many posts on this newsgroup. I personally
find the current entertainment level quite high. :)

Yeah, we'll never hear the end of it. He'll bring it
up year after year. :-(

To be sure. :-)

Yeah, lots of bragging, or reasons why he lost. :-)

no. If you want to challenge me you must come to KGS. I have already stated
many times I will not sign up to an IGS just to fulfil someone's whim in
challenging me. After all, it is not my whim nor my responsibility to
fulfil yours.
If you want me to challenge you, then you must wait until I do so :) Then,
at that time, I will seek you on IGS.

thanks. If you're offering me a teaching game or a best of 10 starting at
3h, then I'll consider starting an IGS account just for that.

Oh. Offering? Or challenging? There's a difference. If he is offering me a
game, then it is his right to request the game be held on IGS, and it is
also my right to refuse, but there is no dishonour.
If he is challenging me, it is etiquette to come to my dojo and not ask me
to take a bus across town. Don't be foolish tweedie.

I wouldn't do that though. If I won you could also pee in your shoes, but I
dont think that you would really do that.

If you consider your actions would change my peeing habits, you slightly
overestimate yourself.
Peter
After reading all THE posts here I have to admit I am quite curious
about THE outcome. I know and admire Cornels skills. Unfortunatey I've
never been able to see Fu play.
I hate to be a pessimist but in this highly anticipated game there is
one situation we should consider. Who can guarantee that it is really
THE Fu who is playing Cornel with a 5h support? He could easily get a
stronger player to use his account.
From what I have read here Fu seems to be a person whos actions don't
cover with his words. His behaviour in this newsgroup is childish,
self-opinionated and show so many signs of a huge inferiority complex.
Therefore THE Fu doesn't seem like a person to me which can admit a
loss, especially in this situation where so many people are watching.
His tiny ego couldn't handle it.
So Cornel, watch out when you play him. And Fu, get some help. You
really need it.
(If you think one of my "The" is placed wrong, please fogive me.
English is not my native tonge. I am happy for every grammatical
advice you can give me.
Please try and make reparations and help out by working to make my
criticism more effective.)
If you consider your actions would change my go server habits, you slightly
overestimate yourself.

Hi frl,
I have invited you to play on IGS and I think is a matter of manners
to accept stronger's player conditions.
best of 10 games would be a lot to play, if you like we can play best
of 5 but not slower than 1/5.(short review after games)
so think about it quick, I don't want to spend too much time
negociating a match with you, is you who gets some free lessons from
this, so consider it as a privilege.
kind regrads,

Best of 5 starting at H5 then.

Your use of the article 'the' seemed fine, though I am not a native
speaker either.
Here is the reason for my post: "every grammatical advice". It sounds
wrong, and I believe the reason is that 'advice' is a non-count noun. On
the other hand, 'every' is a quantifier that is used only with count
nouns.
You can say either "all/any advice" or "every piece of advice".
Normally non-count nouns do not have plurals, but Merriam-Webster Online
Dictionary just informed me of this meaning for the word 'advice':
2 : information or notice given -- usually used in plural
This does not have much bearing on this little grammatical issue, I
believe.
I hope my advice was useful to you.

From the two games, Legrande and Cornel, it looks like Fu is
about 4k - 3k on IGS. Two Korean pros confirmed this opinion.
Cornel said Fu needs at least 6 handicap stones. The game was
too easy for him at 5 stones. :-)
I find your accusation very peculier, as I have played many internet
games
where after staking out a large lead in fuseki, and this was a solid
safe fuseki and early middle game, my opponent suddenly found the
ability to
play 5 stones stronger, and I was forced to resign. This happened to
me
a couple of days ago, but I was expecting it and redoubled my efforts
and
forced resign. Especially peculier, is that while your accusation will
no doubt be considered acceptable, I am told that, there are just some
players which play a weak fuseki but accell at chuban. From a
reasonable point of view, how can one suck at fuseki and be godokuru
in chuban? That makes no sense. I'm
sure it would little effort, in some places, to walk down the dorm
hall
and find a stronger player to sit down and take over. But I suppose
you are
all always correct, and while we're at it no used cars have rolled
back odometers because it's against the law.

Maybe Cornel should have saved his group on the left side when he
played orange,
then all this would less mysticle, and if I can see that and I'm not
even single digit kyu, why couldn't he?

Tweedie, when I win my next game with cornel will you take back everything
you said and then say as many good things about me?
Of course not. Because you're a mean spirited orc.
By the way, I know a few pros myself, and they all know that I am 3d. :)

I am one of those people. Due to my lack of play, I suck at fuseki and
usually make my way back up during chuuban and yose. Of course Im quite
weird, Im around 5k witht he playing experience of a 20k, ive prolly
played less than 300 games and have seen atleast 3 times that many high
dan/pro games.
Will you, in turn, take back the loss to C.Burzo as if it had
never occurred ?

Argh, sorry. My english isn't that good, i hope i understood your post
right. Yes, you are right, there is of course the possibility that one
regains strength in chuban and yose and pulls back. But what i meant
is, that The Fu is a dubious character who can't be trusted. His
baiting with Legrande proof that. Therefore it seems highly possible
to me that he will try something nasty such as letting a stronger
player use his account.

Bahahaha. That's the second funniest thing I read so far today.
So now even if I do get taiji and tsukino up to 2d-3d, it's not me playing?
Or my opponent was drunk?
You people are laughable.

Alternatively, while playing on the IGS start another challenge-match
on the KGS against a much stronger player. Simply relay those moves.

At least the level of laughability is above the level of being pathetic.

Shame on you. You contradicted me directly. Now may I
play another of the moves to -pincer- and -capture- your stone(s)...
"Laughable" has the -option- property, i.e. "may be ..." By
contrast, "pathetic" (cf Def.#6) is "_miserably_ inadequate" (not
merely -just- "inadequate") AND ridiculous" (much worse than
simply "may be laughed at"). Moreover, additional definitions
for "pathetic" occur so as to render the term's usage less clear.
There are no -options- for characterizing ANY meaning of "pathetic."
