Corrected Definitions of Active / Inactive Disturbing Life

In version 6 of Types of Basic Ko, the definitions of Active /
Inactive Disturbing Life are now corrected by substituting
"two-eye-formation" for every occurrence of "uncapturable life". This
has become necessary to explain shapes like quintuple ko well. Now it
does not suffice any longer to connect the considered ko's stone to
make it part of an uncapturable string that is not part of a
two-eye-formation.

The now more specialized definitions let us wonder whether there might
be further ko types similar to Active / Inactive Disturbing Life and
yet closer to sekis but not relying on two-eye-formation in all their
conditions. I have not been able to discover any examples or prove
their non-existence (yet).
