What is the latest WinIGC-nonasia version? Where can it be downloaded?

I am still using version 1.00 because it is very stable and has only
one annoying bug (shows Tips of the Day at every program start). I
tried some later version (probably 1.01 or 1.02) but that was less
stable. Is the latest version as stable as 1.00? Is the registration
process the same?

Robert:

While I agree that WinIGC was a very good Windows client, I cannot
recommend it, Hui Huang no longer supports it, no one does, and the
client does not support the newer rating system, the Review option, or
the new undo command. The latest version is 1.04, but I don't know where
to get it, I checked IGS ftp, and they have 1.02, gobase links to the
IGS ftp, Hui Huang's homepage is gone, and I found nothing useful at the
BGA site or at Sensei's Library, or via Google (in a quick check).

I see. Which equally good client for Windows 32b would you recommend?
Why?

The Panda-IGS and glGo1.4 clients are both current, although I do not
like the Panda-IGS client. I personally use the glGo1.4 client because I
like and use the Review option. I am not sure if qGo is current. I am
aware of a couple new Windows clients being developed by IGS users, here
is one for XP www.iohk.com/UserPages/sss I have not tried this client,
but I know it's written in VisualBasic.

WinIGC is long outdated, and I cannot recommend using this
client. I suggest glGo, qGo, and Panda-IGS.

As far as I know : glGo is the official client, butI'm not sure it's still
supported.

One has qGo which *is* supported, but it's not 'equally good'.
It's by far superior (ok, this is biaised opinion).

http://qgo.sourceforge.net

The only IGS feature qGo does not have is review
