Kingdom of Champions Swift Swallow and Partisan for Hero 4th Edition RPG

The next two character I wrote up character sheets for from Kingdom of Champions are Swift Swallow and Partisan of the London Watch.
Swift Swallow is a Skilled Normal with some alien gadgets. He is a perfect 250 point character.

Partisan is based on the stats of the character Clansman from earlier in the Kingdom of Champions book. He is a military Rambo-type soldier and also a 250 point character.
