Vampire the Masquerade RPG on IRC

I am hoping to find players for a Vampire the Masquerade game. It is a
part of White Wolf's Old World of Darkness. The rules will be based on
the Laws of the Night Revised although there will be no Year of Fire
(end game; onset of apocalypse) nor Thin Blood. Malkavians have
Dementation but ready access to Dominate. Ravnos have not been
decimated and the Treatment is still a concern. Assamites are still
cursed. Gangrel are still technically part of the Camarilla as a clan,
however, I am not forcing the issue.
The "premise" is not entirely established yet. I am hoping to get more
input from players and potential players. It is based in a fictitious
manufacturing city where Chicago is in real life. I am looking at
having a firmly established court. I cannot prevent PCs from plotting
to take over the city, but success is not very likely. I chose this
location because I know the general area and it makes for diverse
influence options and some interesting real life historical problems I
will add to game (ie graveyard vote.)

VSS I am hoping to use. As the first draft, it may need some editing.
The game will be held on one of darkmyst's IRC servers. If you would
like a free IRC download, please check out IceChat. (There are so
many, I will just mention the one I use.) Otherwise, www.darkmyst.org.

likely be registered or in-use.) #worlds-apart is the registered ooc
room.
