a giant frog. especially an attack with the tongue that can grapple
opponents.
i thought about binding, but it does not seem to fit. the tongue would
be a limb that does not deal damage in an attack and that can be used
for grappling only.

I'm thinking Extra Arm with limitations along the lines of "only for
grappling" plus an enhancement for extra reach, and for stickiness if
that is how it achieves its grappling effect.
