Major improvement in stabbeurfou

Site www.stabbeurfou.org now allows player to enter orders on a clic
basis.

It is not as good as the gamesbyemail interface (which is the best
you can get) but it does improve the speed of order entering.
Gamesbyemail uses the right button of the mouse. Stabbeurfou stays in
the simple way : only right clicks on the map or on buttons. You still
get the benefit of the stabbeurfou exhaustive syntax checking engine
since the clicking only replaces the text entering phase.

(click on a button, you get the password of a test account, go to the
test game ans start entering orders)

Note : From what I am aware, only paydip has a "click on the map"
interface. phpdip has a menu driven interface.
