I've set up a tournament on USDP using an experimental rating system
that focuses just as much on good play as well as winning. The games
all start with races09_1 and then a letter. All standard games.

In particular, I may need a semi-mercy position. It's still 1901 but
not that great of a position. I'm sure England's abandonded but I
gave him until Monday morning, 9:00 PST. Let me know if you're
