That reminds me.. I never got around to performing a census in U9.
( Normally a census is when the King wants to find out how much the Land is worth. But when I conduct a census, it's a most terrible thing indeed, because MY idea of a census is to find out who is mortal..
There isn't much need for a census in U6 because we already know that only LB can't die.)

In other words, you find out what the lowest possible population is, eh?

Regarding the census in a more sensible light, I've just remembered that I did do a PROPER census in U6. The results are built into the databank in my 'Tweak' utility.
The source code for tweak is lost, however, but I DO have some fragments and I believe the NPC databank is intact.
The file you want from the archive is 'partbase.cpp'. If you need help understanding it, let me know. Basically all the entries are in order of NPC ID, starting from 0 (which is 'Swift'/Vehicle).

It is great, thank you.
It will be very useful for the dark ideas I have with it ;)
However, I still have to do something, I must travel to all the towns of Britannia and collect information about the buildings, their size, the use that is given to it and its architecture. And possibly their inhabitants too. I guess this goes away from the scope of your project, and must be done manually.
