Is it possible to move a guildstone to another house? If so, how?
Thanks.

The only people that can move it are GM's, and unless you have
one on the payroll they won't do it. So.. disband the guild and buy a
new stone for the new location. Just another way the dev team says
thanks for putting up with their crap.

*Possibly*

With the new patch if you are the owner of a house you can collapse the
house and all of the stuff in it falls to the ground. This should
include the guildstone. Now the guildstone will be in an illegal place
and the guildmaster should click on it and receive it as a "deed" in
their backpack for transport.

This is all just theory.. so it may not work. At the very least if your
guildstone ends up in an illegal spot the GM's may be more willing to
move it for you if you cant.

If the code exists to move guildstones from tents and boats in deed form,
wouldn't it be fairly simply to let all of us do the same?

If not, why not?

No, it is not possible to move a guildstone. I wish it were. Mine is in the
middle of my house.

The exception is the past two weeks of tent removal. If someone had a
guildstone on a ship or in a tent, when they accessed the stone it would
provide a transport stone. Then they could go to the new location, use the
transport stone and teleport the guildstone.

I wish OSI would make this a standard feature. Guilds often start out small,
but then grow into more or larger buildings. The ability to move guildstones
should be commonplace. I cannot think of any exploits for moving a stone
into a building that you either own or to which your are a friend.

Guess I'll send a suggestion to OSI.

They are adding functionality to move guildstones. Probably next
week.

Oh sure, that's what they say *now*. Just wait though, they'll
change their mind, make guildstones cost three times as much, and
won't let you place them anywhere other than the center of castles.

Correction.

A house cannot be collapsed if it contains a guildstone.

The only illegal locations for a guildstone are on a ship and in a tent.
That phase has passed since the tents are deleted now. IF any guildstones
still exist in inllegal locations, then when they are accessed by any
members, the member is given a transport stone. The guild member can then go
to a legitimate location, say their house or a house to which they are a
friend (not in yet) and use the transport stone. The guildstone will appear
where they are standing.

Huzzah! Finally I can get it out of the middle of my house.

Anyone know if there is a limit to number of guildstones per house?

Both of our guilds, Ring of Steel and Crimson Ring of Steel, would like to
share a large smithy.

I guess I'll just try it when it's possible.

Only if you had a tent with a guildstone. When I clicked my
guildstone, I got a 'guildstone teleporter' stone.
The stone is dark blue to black and looks like a sphere.
