Your old house will be condemned, and unrefreshable. It'll stay standing
for about 10-14 days (or so), and then it'll collapse. This is of course,
only if the house you buy is on the same shard - you can have one house per
shard per account.

Item ID or a wand of Identification.

Umm, 42. Now what's the question?
There's Bloodmoss, a spell reagent, and blackmoor, a necomancy reagent
found on lich lords, but I dunno what bloodrock is.

Do skills that raise dex, and your int will fall as dex goes up.
Most skills give dex, it seems. Music, hiding, and snooping are probably
the most dex-dependent.
With one other thing added. You can save yourself from losing money by
re-deeding the first house. Then take the deed to a real estate broker (In
carpentry shops) and sell it back to him. You'll get the same amount of
money for this deed that was orginally paid to aquire it. You can do it at
any time before or after the house is condemned but before it collapses.
Once it collapses, you can not get the deed back.

Your old house gets a "condemned" tag. It will not refresh until to sell
it to another player that has not obtained a home in the previous 10
days.

ID will tell you Silver or not. Arms lore will tell you the HP condition

Doesn't exist on OSI servers at this time.

Snooping or Musicianship is best. But they will randomly lower STR or
INT.
A long lost ore from back in the day.
Bloodrock was redish black
Old Copper was green
Rust was a coper brown
Gold could sometime be turned to coins instead of items on a failure by
the smith
etc..etc....
