The details of this involve use of the Nightmare critter from T2A.
Players don't actually enter the house, but for unknown reasons a
Nightmare can get inside using the right method. They can be commanded
to fetch items which are visible to the player through use of a third
party program.
What I'm not clear on is if the Nightmare will fetch locked down items
or only ones lying loose.
Easy solution for this one is to disable the ability to tame
Nightmares until they work out the kinks with this creature.
Shit, you mean it does pick up locked down items? That means my house
is not secure after all. Argh, I hate house looting bugs...
