Isn't that what an Energy Vortex is?

Say it with me: GM-specific perks *suck*. Why do you want people to
macro for hours and hours and hours on end?
I do think there should be some new and different and more interesting
kinds of spells that are creature-specific. "Turn Undead" for
example, to do mondo damage against the undead sorts of critters and
nothing at all to other stuff. Could be interesting.
But I'd rather they fix the current bugs and the new bugs before
adding too much more new stuff.

Have you seen one of these in action lately???
If you get a wild one, they will clean out a room full of drakes by
themselves. So far, I have been pretty consisting with only needed 2 to
kill a dragon. First one gets dispelled but poisons the dragon. For some
reason, they can't dispel the 2nd.

My money: Because he has a GM scribe or at least knows one.

Mass Dispel. Try it sometimes. You have to expose yourself to kewlios in
Deceit or Covetous, but it will knock out a couple of skeles.
I still like the idea of Item ID scrolls. But then, how would the
counselors get money for their characters if everyone could find out
that fortified silver bow of vanquishing they have on their vendor for
20,000 gold is really a durable bow of ruin.
It'll never happen.
I also like the idea of charm monster. Not as good as the bard or tamer
kind of stuff, maybe just enough to move it into position for a tamer! 5
second duration.

The current bugs are about as good as they are going to get. I think
they have been fully optimized. Besides, the new dev team does not want
to continue perfecting bugs that were written by the old dev team, they
want to write bugs of their own.
