Now... this will get a flame but... let me explain.

I am one of those people who wants to decorate their houses
nicely. And 1 thing I do love in houses are plants. Perhaps
you have seen them around? A pot, a rune and a bale of wool
(colored green).

Now, if you want to make a public house, you may want to
lock things down, else people tend to "borrow" them. Well
the same goes with the plants. The pot and the rune are no
problem, but the wool...

"You cannot lock this down" Same goes with ANY item that is
stackable. So: bottles, arrows, ingots, ore, logs etc. are
non lock-downable (I love english).

Hence the subject: Make wool (and some other objects)
non-stackable please..... *begs on his knees*

Or give us a way to make plants, add a skill, let's say
"Floristing" or whaterver...

No offense intended, but you want this just so you can make a plant? The
other stuff should be stored in a locked box anyway. In no way should this
be considered a "flame". Bye. And don't beg on your knees.

Just a though but would you really want to move around about 20 pieces of
wool when you could do one.

Just think of the poor miners if the same was said for ore. I dont think I
would like to move 250 iron ore 1 piece at a time. :)

Yep, I'd be in favor of multiple pkillings if ore was made unstackable
so it could be used in the latest interior decorating fad.

if ore was made unstackable then it would also (in the name of bugs) allow
you to stand on it so you can make a nicely colored staircase as you rob
someones house :)

Ehm... don't get me wrong! Items like ore and logs should be
kept stackable, this is mere a "make more itmes stockable NO
DON'T!!!" kind of thing. Imagine if runes were stackable...
no more rune libraries etc.

How in the world would you use stackable runes? What would be the
point?

I have a better idea.

How about making some real house plants using existing art,
or even new art.

That's not very fair to the crafts shops who put out locked down
swords, helms and things to give it that armory or alchemist look.
Also, locked down runes are very useful to the wandering adventurers
out there.

If it's locked down, it wouldn't decay.

And if the house is public and it's not locked down... it's gone
anyways.

Ah, I see. Still, sometimes I drop stuff in my house and forget to put
it in a locked down container. It'd be kind of irritating to have it
decay on me.

How would I be able to store 2000+ logs for my customers? If
they decay quickly... AAAAARGH. I'm quiting my efforts to
become a GM Lumberjack *sniff*
