I would instantly run out and buy it if we were to set something like that up.
I wanted to do this with my roommate but he couldn't wait for me to buy it...
and now it's lost some of its charm.

Then you are losing much. You know, it's the meaning of life (without a
Holly Grail). j/k, PS:T is.
I had it, but my brother borrowed it. I finished the game with a druid
character, passionately named after myself. :-p

Okay. Right now, I'm waiting for someone to do a portrait of me.
Hopefully, it'll be done soon. :) Also, I'm on dial-up which could

That would so rule. Group uf us gaming on that. IOf I had NWN, and a
better computer that I could run NWN on, I'd be there.
I wonder if people would still be playing NWN by the time I am able to?

D&D is the only thing in whcih bards do not suck. You should see them in
console RPGs... most notably FF4.

I'm on dialup muyself, with no upgrade therefrom in sight.

Bards were pretty cool in Ultima, at least in theory. Since there didn't end
up being too much actual difference between classes, even in U4, it's kind of a
moot point. All the characters who weren't Katrina were good, so therefore
bards were good. And of course by U4 even Katrina was rockin' the house.

Um, I think U4 was the first Ultima Kat was in.
Anyway. Final Fantasy IV. Tales of Destiny. The Adventurers! webcomic
(boy do they overkill the concept there). All these and more prove the
futility of bards in console games.
-Lumina Dragon
Doh. I meant U5, where Katrina was 4th level when the game began, which gave
her a third more hit points than the rest of your party.

Yes. I missed the part where you said "console" earlier. ;)
