Trying to gauge interest in buying a COMPLETE Ultima Collection

Like so many others, the economy has hit me hard and I'm finding
myself looking to see what stuff I have accumulated that I might
finally part with.
To preface my remarks, I am a BIG Ultima fan -- going all the way back
to the original CPC Ultima.
Over the years, I've accumulated nearly all of the major titles that
Ultima collectors would want to collect (although some were also my
own that I kept in pristine condition), including
Two (2) CPC Ultimas with original bag, disk, and artwork.
Three (3) Large Box Ultima IIs -- at least one of which has the note
about being one of the first -- and Two small box Ultimas IIs (one of
which is still in original shrinkwrap.
Several U3s -- one of which was my original and kept in near mint
condition.
Several U1 (Origin) version
Everything from U3 on has the beloved trinkets, warranty registration
cards, etc. etc. All of the things collectors look for (because its
what I looked for when I bought much of them).
Conditions range from very good (older titles) to excellent (more
recent titles)
I've also collected much of the UO series (NIB), but that's a
sidenote.
Anyway, I'm the type of person who wants to give these to a collector
like me -- someone who will really appreciate them for what they are
worth.
Also, because its somewhat painful for me to get rid of them after so
many years of collecting, I do not want to sell it piecemeal (i.e. I
won't just sell the U1s and U2s). If I sell this stuff, I want to
sell EVERYTHING at once.
Accordingly, I will be asking somewhat of a premium price because it
will include everything -- and it may be too much for someone who just
wants one of the original CPC U1s.
Anyway, I'm just trying to gauge whether there is interest out there
in the community in buying the ENTIRE COLLECTION. Based on the
amounts I recall paying over the years for all of my collection (which
I estimate includes about 40 titles across the entire Ultima series
(not including the UO titles I have), they are worth about $4500 (with
the majority of the investment of course, being in the first three
titles of the series).
I would probably put a reserve price of $3000, so the question is
whether there is likely to be any interested parties at this price
range or is that just asking too much in this day and age when
everyone is cutting back on unnecessary spending.

I'd be interested in exploring this option, as I just recently started
collecting for the Ultima series. It would also depend on the items,
the actual titles and editions, etc.
