U7 Serpent Isle help

I hate to say this, but it sounds like some sort of glitch to me.
You've been to Moonshade before without using the serpent gates, haven't
you? Sorry to give a no-answer answer, but I don't see what you're doing
wrong unless you've set down the jawbone or taken out the tooth for that
gate. If there's anything you can do at this point in the game outside
Moonshade, maybe you should get that taken care of and hope the problem
fixes itself. Good luck!
