The evidence is overwhelming. But this is not the forum to bring them
out. Our three teams of attorneys are handling this matter in a proper,
professional and legal manner. As you can see in the past year, there
has been no leak from us or our attorneys to embarrass or destroy
anyone, unlike what others have done.

Paul and I made a firm commitment to all USCF members when we ran for
the board to end this kind of corruption and dirty politics which
hindered the USCF for a long time. We intend to fulfill our commitments
to all the people who voted for us to change the way how the USCF
conducts business.

The USCF has lost $420,000 in the first 7 months of this fiscal year.
This number will increase substantially unless there is a new direction.
The USCF will not survive with the same leadership at the top.

As Susan should know, the USCF generally loses money in the first half
of the fiscal year and does much better in the second half of the
fiscal year. To claim that this number will increase substantially
the rest of the fiscal year is unsupported by evidence or
experience.

I'm truly saddened by Susan's attacks. They do not help US Chess.
