I am not afraid of you. I know you are trying to pick a firght with me because I made friends with someone you don’t like – Grandmaster Susan Polgar.
You and I have never met, Mr. Bully, or had any dealings in business, courtrooms or any other personal way. Inever did anythign to you, yet you and your big, powerful friends in the chess world began a vicious and frightening intimidation campaign against me after I acccepted the help and friendship of Grandmaster Susan Polgar.

You lifted photos from my FaceBook wall and used them to bash Ms. Polgar’s personal appearance, attacking her for her weight. I really didn’t like that at all.

FACTUALLY WRONG. I lifted no photo from your Facebook Page. I provided here on rgcp a LINK to your public Facebook page. Apparently, you did not understand how to use the privacy features of Facebook. That's you problem. To first accuse me of hacking your photo and now lifting your photo is both inaccurate and a false statement. Kindly correct this on your blog.
As for Ms. Polgar. She has become rather chunky in the past few years--not hunky. Facts, Ms. Suhay. And, I thought a nice play on Hunky.

Now this is getting potentially defamatory, Ms. Suhay. I have no "pack." If anyone called your home, it was not me and I am unaware of anyone I know who might have do so. This is very reminiscent of innuendo directed at me in 2007 by Mr. Truong to the effect that I had threatened Ms. Polgar's children. Of course I did not do any such thing. I and others called on POlgar and Truong to provide proof that this happened and to go to the FBI and the Queens County District Attorney. Mr. Truong was sent a cease and desist letter from my attorney in NYC. I suggest to you that if you are in fact receiving harassing phone calls, you should report them to the appropriate law enforcement agency(s) forthwith.

I fail to see how this is a "threat" as a matter of law ans well as common sense. It is not a threat even though you coyly write it looks like one. The fact is that I did warn Mr. Alexander to be careful in his association with Ms. Polgar. Mr. Alexander was indicted and plead guilty to a criminal act based on his association with Ms. Polgar. You might consider that as you walk down the road with Ms. Polgar. Or not. Your choice.

Your fellow bullies called and told me that associating with Ms. Polgar is “bad for your little chess organization’s health.” They tell me they have ways of smearing me and blocking funding to the children I help with my chess program.

I thought I could handle this bully on my own, but I was wrong. I need backup. I need people to know what happens to anyone who crosses this cyber wolfpack of bullies.
People need to stand up and let it be known that the legality of taking something off of another person’s Facebook wall may not be a legal issue, but the ethics and morality are just wrong. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. He used a perfectly lovely photo of my husband, playing against Susan Polgar, who he respects and admires for her accomplishments to call a woman “chunky” and mock her viciously for how he thinks she appears. Cheapest of cheap shots.

I will not set the example of allowing a bully to run my life, my chess program or my social interactions.
If you, Mr. Bully et al, don’t like Ms. Polgar and have your personal and professional reasons, that is your right. However, it is not within your rights to intimidate, threaten and cyber troll stalk me, or to post unsubstantiated innuendo about me simply because a chess grandmaster donated chess sets and her time to the children of my community and treated me with respect and kindness prompting me to publicly thank her.

I will go a step further and declare that the chess community doesn’t need to tolerate this type of behavior anymore. Chess does not need to spin on politics like a pack of drunken spiders. Instead of playing games, we could be so bold and inovative as to play The Game of chess.
In closing, I am not going anywhere. I can’t because if I run and hide, then there is nobody here to stand for these children and unlike you, they matter. They are worth every nasty post and upsetting phone call. So if what you have is a big bag of nasty, then I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOU.
My community knows me and now they know about you, Mr. Bully. NICE players were Bullyproofed by Rener Gracie himself and our kids play across the board from officers in the Norfolk Police Crime Prevention Unit and anti-gang squad. We know what scary is and you don’t qualify.
We are stronger than we look. Just because our name is NICE does not mean we will allow you to be naughty to us. So begone! before someone drops a house on you.

to Susan. Please don't tell us this was done out of some altruistic
purity of your heart -- seemingly you appear to lack one. No, this
seems to be about the fact that Susan tends to make friends quite
easily, and you can't. And while Susan is a Grandmaster you have a
whopping USCF rating of 1080!!! Barely a Class E rating!!! 8 year old
GIRLS can beat you!!! If I were a Freudian, I might believe that you
are impotent with women -- an 8 year old girl can clean your clock on
a chess board, and since you can't take your anger out on little
girls, you transfer your frustrations out on successful women chess
players, and those women who admire them. First came Susan, and now
Lisa, who is a friend of Susan. Who next??? Jennifer Shahade?!?
Chances are she'd either ignore you, or worse LAUGH in your face.
The "Chess Crime of the Century" is OVER, everyone except you and the
Sloan, seem to have accepted this fact and moved on to more
important things. I think you both need to seek out a qualified
psychotherapist, I mean....

The similarities of her wordpress rant accusations have a definite Trolgar ring to them as I pointed out. The phone call claims also reprise the alleged anon phone call claims to TTU which she could not prove any of the people she sued had made--because none of us had made any calls to TTU.
It appears she is being fed false information by Truong and possibly Polgar. If someone is making threatening calls, I'll wager they're being made by Paul and friends. Shades of the Fake Sam Sloan. Right Paulie. :)
