Who or what is NAChess, and are they Fide members?

NAChess = NambyChess? The pedophile deviants who pretend to be chess

Astounding silence. No support of the USCF's position by NA Chess or
Muradian. I'm getting the idea that he and his friends in Chicago and
Texas may be just sitting back and hoping Kirsan wins.
