I have information that the chess players are planning another coup-de-
ta attempt with Russian money. Allen Herbert is being bugged by the
police in Barbados in his hideout in remote areas of Barbados. They

chess rating to go to Chess City, Russia for a year, in exchange for
the child, Barbados wants to colonize St Kitts and Nevis with a

or me to play chess on St Kitts and Nevis. Expect chess elections

Please explain to the people involved in Chess in Barbados that Russia
is POORER than Barbados. The parents of this child do not understand
that a black, English speaking, 11 year old child has no chance in the
poorest region of Europe, Chess City, Russia. CAIRCOM has more
economic opportunity.
Please explain to the people in Barbados that Russians hate NIGGERS.
They want to prove that blacks are inferior to white people. The goals
of Kirsan are to prove that blacks are stupid and can’t play chess.
I recommend an arrest warrant for Allen Herbert for SEDITION.
Herberts needs to be stripped naked and lashed. This is the only way
to save the country from Chess elections, if he returns.
I request placement on the diplomatic list in Barbados to explain this
to Mr. Herbert. I need you on the diplomatic list in Barbados to help
me explain this to Mr. Herbert.
