email from Schultz, including the above proposal.

"Dear EB:

The vote to remove someone from office is a big step and if it passes I
will become the first person in the history of the USCF to have that
action taken against them. We will be establishing precedent."

Dear Don,
No they won't. This is not precedent. It is just the first time it has
happened to you.
Perhaps you do not remember your own role in the removal of Tom Dorsch
from his duties as USCF Treasurer.

The difference is, Tom was elected to his position as USCF Treasurer by
the delegates and voting members whereas you were only elected by the
other members of the Executive Board.

You have little to complain about, but the USCF membership has much to
complain about against the whole of our board which sinks deeper into
partisanship and division without any concern for the interests of
USChess.

Last year, when one of your fellow board members deliberately and
illegally rigged the voting in the northern California elections
including allowing her own adult children to vote as CalChess "family"
members when they clearly weren't eligible while excluding hundreds
(nearly 50%) of legal voters in violation of the CalChess bylaws, did
you say anything?
Or were you just trying to get along with your new board member?
When Shaughnessy and her clique stole tens of thousands of dollars of
the CalChess children's subscription money, where was your loud voice?
Was it serving the interests of the members or were you busy playing
politics? Business as usual.
Did even one member of this executive board raise a whisper that the
USCF members in northern California were being cheated by their
supposed President?
No.
No, the board members were too busy with their own interests to defend
the interests of the membership.

You want sympathy for poor Don.
A pox on both your houses.
You are getting the Marinello/Shaughnessy treatment.
You stayed silent.
You are getting what no one deserves.

If Schultz resigns then who will leak info to me? I can't count on
bulldyke Marinello to do that, can I? She only does that to her
monkeys.
