Dear Secretary Rice:
I am a dual national of the USA and St Kitts and Nevis.
I would like to formally complain to you about the United States
Chess Federation (USCF) http://www.uschess.org. USCF FIDE (World Chess
Association, www.fide.com) Vice President Bill Kelleher has been
caught by the Government of St Kitts and Nevis committing ESPIONAGE
trying to overthrow our government. FIDE and US Citizen (American
Chess Player) Kelleher are funding a political movement, holding
elections, running newspaper ads, all pretending to play chess - ALL
ON ST KITTS AND NEVIS. They are involved in Olympic Bribery, selling
illegal VISAS, and they are paid thousands of Dollars from their
leader, FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov. The American chess players
have involved themselves in a global chess war! There is no
supervision of the American Chess Players, and USCF Executive Board
Member Paul Truong has been caught doing illegal things. The chess
players refuse any supervision from the US National Olympic Committee.
The chess players are about to TEAR APART ST KITTS AND NEVIS INTO TO
SEPARATE STATES and POTENTIALLY KILL PEOPLE in a REVOLUTION. Madam
Secretary, I am an American citizen, and the Chess players have
EXPELLED ME FROM THE USCF FORUMS. I can't even report to my embassy
about potential further American encroachments: THE UNITED STATES
CHESS PLAYERS ARE ATTACKING MY COUNTRY - ST KITTS AND NEVIS. I am a
white man defending a black nation, we have united beyond race and
culture to save a nation, please help me! The American chess players
have attacked my country! Can you ask the American Chess players to
leave us alone?
I have 300,000 US dollars invested in this, and I hold Citizenship in
ST Kitts and Nevis. PLEASE HELP MY COUNTRY. To start, I need access to
the USCF Forums. These private forums for chess contain vital
information about our national security. If I can't get access, can
you ask the FBI to investigate? I claim that the expulsion form the
Chess Federation's forums were in violation of the spirit of the
Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961:
Article 30
2. His papers, correspondence and, except as provided in paragraph 3
of article 31, his property,
shall likewise enjoy inviolability.
The USCF forums, for certain POSTS in which I have been EXPELLED,
were official acts of the Mission of St Kitts and Nevis. I was
EXPELLED WITHOUT A HEARING. I need access to report to Ambassador
Williams. The spirit of the conviction makes further attempts to expel
me from the United States Chess Federation subject to your office. We
need access as SOON AS POSSIBLE. Several posts attributed to me were
not, in fact, posted by me, and I have been denied a hearing!
There are more problems, but let's start here. At some future
meeting, I would love to discuss the different cultures all around the
world I have encountered. You would be amazed at my discoveries. I
have truly learned much from this experience!
