Sam Sloan is a serial frivolous litigant, a felon convicted of and jailed
for attempted child abduction, a self-confessed child molester and
pedophile, a consummate and pathological liar, thief, blackmailer,
bigamist, securities fraudster, perjurer, forger (the last three have
particular relevance in the present instance) and general, all-round
scammer who has fathered at least eight children while paying for or
otherwise supporting none of them. A dossier on Sam Sloan is maintained by
Mr Tom Dorsch, a resident of S.Cal.

At present Sam Sloan is engaged in abuse of legal process and using the
courts to try, for personal gain, to defraud the bonafide and charitable
beneficiary of the will of the late Kenneth Goodall (case lodged at the
SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE COUNTY OF MARIN under
Case No. PR 1100596).

In the course of his entirely false, misleading, fraudulent and frivolous
filing, Sam Sloan has committed the serious offenses of perjury, fraud and
forgery. Proof follows:

Check the following extract from a recent filing in court by Sam Sloan,
which he swore "under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of
California and (sic) the contents thereof are true and correct".

25. Kenneth Goodall left two notebooks in Round Ring Binders. One has a
green cover. The other has a blue cover. When Bank of America broke into
the Goodall Mansion on or about February 28, 2011 and took all the
contents, they took these two binders. However, they were returned by the
bank on June 10, 2011 under threat of court order. I do not know if any
changes were made during the period when Bank of America had them.

26. One page found in the green covered binder is marked Exhibit J. It
includes hand written notes regarding Kenneth's plans for his estate. It
says the following:

"I have never encountered a lawyer who did not leave me feeling POLUTED
afterwards. I despise them as a class and as individuals."

27. In view of the above statement by Kenneth Goodall, "I have never
encountered a lawyer who did not leave me feeling poluted afterwards. I
despise them as a class and as individuals", it is inconceivable that on
his death bed he would knowingly sign a document that virtually took all
rights away from his only child and gave them to a lawyer, James R.
Hastings.

It is clear from the above that Sam Sloan, in committing the forgery (in
Kenneth Goodall's handwriting in Exhibit K above), spelled the word
"polluted" wrongly - a very unusual spelling error.

Unlike Sam Sloan, a dropout subsequently banned from the campus of UCLA
Berkeley, Kenneth Goodall was well educated and it is inconceivable that
he would have committed this mistake himself.

the misspelled word:

and into the box marked "Author - Return only messages where the author
is" put his name:

and click on the button marked "Advanced Search". Then try again with the
author name:
 samsloan

You will be able to see many examples of Sam Sloan's incorrect spelling,
"poluted", though he will try now to delete them.

This is compelling and remarkable circumstantial evidence.

Irrespective of the enormous coincidence of the spelling, the odds against
such a convenient, useful "find" within the writings of Kenneth Goodall 15
years after his death are enormous. A simpler explanation is that Sam
Sloan needed to find it. So Sam Sloan created it, and then found it.

But more than circumstantial evidence may be needed. Forensic analysis of
Exhibit J will confirm that it is, or includes, forged material.

Sam Sloan may "not know if any changes were made during the period when
Bank of America had" the documents, but we do know that unauthorized
amendment (that is, forgery) was committed once Sam Sloan had possession
of them prior to his making his perjurious court application.

The submission above was made under penalty of perjury. Therefore, we
demand the immediate charging of Samuel H. Sloan with forgery, fraud,
perjury and other crimes, his arrest, seizure with good cause of all his
computer equipment (which I am confident will yield ample evidence of many
other crimes), prosecution, conviction, sentencing and a long spell of
imprisonment, to be followed by his extradition to the Commonwealth of
Virginia where it is believed that he will face other charges. I have had
the most illuminating conversation with a Deputy about what could be
managed "within the law".
