Ok, I will make it easier...
I challenge any GM for a 6 game match at 40/2:00 against Rebel9.
For each won game by the GM I contribute $250
For each draw I contribute $150
For each won game by Rebel9 $250 is subtracted.
I claim Rebel9 will score at least 2 out of 6.
For every 1/2 point less I contribute an extra $250
So the maximum prize money (in case of 6-0) is $2250
The minimum prize money is $0 as of course the GM doesn't have to pay
anything in case the match is lost or the prize money total is negative.
All these sharp rules to get the GM as motivated as possible.

Seems like $2500 max (6 games * 250 + 4 (half-points < 2) * 250).
Also, it seems like the money set-up would encourage the GM to play
for draws, since that's an easy $150, whereas a double-edged win-or-lose
position is either +/- $250. In any case, I'd like to see a serious
event like take place and would be willing to pony up a nontrivial
amount (say around $500) to help it happen.
