Is this a Drawn Game?

I played a game with Baby Level. After 14th move I could not find any
good moves.

Since Baby Level is stronger than me I could not take any risk. Now,
The Baby Level too repeated the same moves and the game was Drawn
after 18th move.

I was thinking only 2-3 sec per move Still I was able to draw the
game.

What should White have done to win this game? Also was there any plan
for Black where it ended in Draw?

Once Opening phase is complete I do not know how to proceed. Same
thing happened to Baby Level. What should have Baby Level done to win
this game?

The game got stucked after 14th move. Was there any way / Plan to win
this game?

At the point the program began repeating moves, the position was not
forcibly drawn, but it was quite even, with neither side having any
real strategic weakness or clear target. However, earlier White missed
a chance to win a pawn at move 12 with 12.Nxe5!, since if 12...Nxe5
13.Bb4 Nc4 (not 13...Qd5?? 14.Bxe7+-) 14.Bxc5 Nxd2 15.Rfd1 Rfe8
16.Rxd2, and White is clear pawn up.
