Here's one from the club last night. Playing a 15-17 NT, you have the
auction:
N S
1NT - 2D (transfer)
2H - 3S (we don't always superaccept; 3S is a natural GF 5-4)
4S - 4NT
5H - 5S (Two keycards, no queen)
end

Hands are

AT62
83
KQ7
AK87

QJ85
AK976
T
542

If it matters, you're in a club where most people will be playing 4S
by E. The opening lead is the CQ. Standard is quite poor; opponents
are decent but not stellar defenders.

4S by *North*, not East, will be the likely contract at other tables.

My quick line would be:

CA, DK, CK [win club return], HA, HK, SA, DK [dumping club]
club ruff [Q, do they split? are you overruffed?]
If clubs split pull trump...If overruffed, win trump return [finding
9] in hand and cross-ruff...
Otherwise
Ruff H with ST [do they split? are you overruffed?]
If hearts split pull trump...If overruffed, win trump return [finding
9] and cross-ruff

You want to win your 5 high offsuit cards and 6 trump tricks [losing
DA and a trump] or set up a club or a heart for 6 offsuit and 5 trump.
I'm not sure whether you can withstand a 4-1 trump split however...
